How do you ensure the freshness of produce and seafood during shipping?

We use specialized temperature-controlled packaging and insulated liners with cold gel packs to ensure all perishable items remain at the optimal temperature from our warehouse to your doorstep.

What is your policy on returning grocery items?

Due to the nature of food products, we can only accept returns on non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or spoiled perishable item, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a refund or replacement.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover, as well as digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Do you offer international shipping for your products?

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. We are working on expanding our logistics to include Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations in the near future.

How can I track my order status?

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also view your order status by logging into your H Mart account.
